Time and time again we had to tell companies “No. Unfortunately we can’t help you with your event.” Those experiences left us with a strong desire to change the system. Thus Eventsage was born. Half the price of regular event planning companies, we provide an affordable, boutique service to meet all your needs. More than just event advice, our Sage Support service provides light-touch meeting or event planning support to anyone planning a small to medium-sized function across Greater Vancouver. 

We believe in working smarter not harder. Sometimes that means asking for help. By taking some tasks off your plate, we help you get back to all the other things you need to accomplish. We work behind the scenes so you can shine!


Venue Sourcing

We provide a curated list of venues within your budget, preferred neighbourhood, and requirements and estimate pricing. Unique options, trusted staples and newcomers are our specialty. Once you’ve shortlisted your favourites, we arrange site-inspections to ensure the venues meet all your needs, introduce you to venue managers, and give preliminary recommendations on space planning.

Food & Beverage Suggestions

We help with menu planning, customization, food and beverage pairing, and minimum guarantees to ensure you stay within budget while making sure none of your guests go home on an empty stomach. Worried about the environmental impact of your event? We compile waste reduction plans and make arrangements for leftover food collection and donation.  

Event Decor, Activities & Gift Ideas

Who has time to scour the internet endlessly for ideas? Let us do the digging for you. We keep informed on current trends in the market, have access to an arsenal of supplier partners and love to brainstorm creative concepts. Whether you’re looking for unique non-floral centrepieces, exciting group activities for your next corporate team building, or fresh swag items, we’ll compile a list of ideas, provide pricing estimates and coordinate service contracts with vendors.
