Here’s how it works…
1) Tell us your requirements.
Our team of professional event planners review your event details and needs. Then we start brainstorming, brainstorming, brainstorming to come up with ideas as unique as your requirements.
2) Your Sage Personal Planner contacts upwards of 10 venues or other providers.
We evaluate fit based on 3 criteria: purpose of your function, set-up requirements, and alignment with your guest or company demographics. We check availability, negotiate costs, obtain contracts, compile menus and anything else you need to make a decision.
3) Within 2-3 business days, you receive our sourcing summary in a shareable presentation.
Your personal Sourcing Summary includes up to 3 viable options that fit the best with your overall needs as well as images, write-ups and recommendations from event professionals. Delivered in a shareable report to make collaboration a breeze.
