With the holidays a thing of the past, January is the perfect time to get out, enjoy life, and do something for yourself. Aside from a few lingering holiday festivities to enjoy early on in the month, January offers Vancouverites many fresh event opportunities for 2016!

The Polar Bear Swim, ice skating at Robson Square, hockey games, performances like the live tour of So You Think You Can Dance and the Vance Joy concert are just a taste of all the events happening this month,  so don’t let the cold and rain keep you house bound.

Check out what else is happening around Greater Vancouver this month with our January Events Guide.

Having worked the majority of my career in experiential event marketing for large brands, I appreciate spreadsheets and all the small details that go into putting on an event. I understand how a simple plan can turn into a chaotic mess and hope to give helpful insights into how it can be done better. I am also the new Marketing Coordinator here at Eventsage.
